Frequently asked questions

The packages offered (PASS A, B international) cover the entire conference. There is no possibility of attending by the day or for a specific event.

Meals are provided (Pass A, B) by a Geneva-based caterer and cannot be adapted to special dietary requirements.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate couples with children or babies during the conference. Under no circumstances are children allowed on the IBG campus during the conference.

No tents or camper vans are allowed on the IBG campus, even during the day. There are several campsites in the area where you can camp.

• Cancellation policy :
  Cancellation before March 16: refund of 75% of the amount paid.
  Cancellation between March 17 and April 19: 50% refund.
  Cancellation after April 20: no refund.

Passes are not subject to withdrawal. All orders are firm and final. However, in exceptional circumstances, a request to change a Pass may be accepted, provided it is justified. This change will incur a financial penalty according to the following conditions:

• If you change your Pass by taking a higher option (from C to B, from C to A or from B to A), you will be asked to pay the difference between the cost of the new Pass and the price on the date of the change request, plus a flat-rate administrative fee of 10€.
• If you change Pass by taking a lower option (from A to B, from A to C or from B to C), you will be charged a lump sum of 10€/Frs for administrative costs on any refund, as well as the price of the new Pass at the rate in force on the date of the change request.
